WILMINGTON, Del., May 15 - Declaring that the Episcopal Church doctrine does not prohibit the ordination of non-celibate homosexuals, an ecclesiastical court dismissed a heresy charge against retired bishop Walter C. Righter for ordaining a gay man....

Righter's attorney, Michael F. Rehill, said today's decision makes it possible for Episcopal bishops to ordain non-celibate homosexuals "without constraint."
